Our craft brewery offers a selection of classic ales such as IPA and Wit as well as Belgian-inspired beers available on tap and bottled aged beers. We specialize in styles such as saison and tripel, and sometimes add seasonal local wild herbs and fruit grown in our own orchard, or carefully sourced from artisanal farmers in Eastern Georgia. Quince, cherry, plum, watermelon, apricot and alpine wildflower honey from the Tusheti region have all been inside.
